| How to sign up: 1 .Choose your workshop Level & pay via paypal or mail 2. Complete membership form below or mail in with payment 3. Register for your workshop and pay your workshop cost per day Example: Hubby buys me a Level III membership for my dance anniversary by paypaling Club Carenza $90 and my membership info. I register for the Bollywood workshop & paypal $30 for a weekend with Samira! I attend all 2009 workshops. With my membership fee and workshop cost, I have only spent $30 per day! |

| *Membership & Workshop fees are non-refundable* At club carenza we are pleased to offer workshops throughout the year. We offer a variety of venues, workshops, & instructors! Members are guaranteed at least 2 weekend workshop topics a year. 2009 will include: Samira Shuruk Bollywood March 28th & 29th Location: Northwood Christian Church, Indianapolis, Indiana Workshop Details Leila Gamal Middle Eastern Mayhem Returns! July 18th & 19th Muncie, IN Magda November 7 & 8th Members also receive free listings on our site including events you are hosting You do not have to be a member to take a workshop. Daily workshop fees for non-members is $60/per day. |
