¾ shimmy to side, bring hands to hip and ¾ shimmy back

Group 1: Turn to face front, pelvic tuck sequence, (tuck, chest lift, drop, release pelvic, tuck, chest lift) turn to face
back,
Group 2: Repeat sequence
Group 3: Repeat sequence but stay facing front
Everyone face front and repeat sequence

Walk into formation, hands down by side accent with twist shimmy
     Formation: Barb in front
                   Marianne & Tanis behind Barb
                   Sonya & Neijla behind Marianne  & Tanis
                   Diana behind everyone
Barb, Sonya & Neijla shoulder shimmy as you bend down, hip shimmy up
Marianne, Tanis & Diana shoulder shimmy down and hip shimmy up
Next 2 everyone down and hip shimmy into line

Everyone: Right shoulder up, left shoulder up, both shoulders drop down
Chest slide right, left and to center (Marianne & tanis move forward on the first sequence)
Hip lifts, right, left, right
Shoulder roll right and left end with left arm engaged on accent
Repeat sequence

Figure 8 walk to right (right hip then left, scooping towards mirror), then choo choo (right foot on ball and hip lift up
up up) repeat to right. Then do to left 2 times

On balls, cross foot over other and twist hip to front (2 times) shoulder shimmy accent
Marianne, Tanis and Diana move on diagonal towards back
Sonya, Barb and Neijla move on diagonal towards front
Repeat sequence facing mirror going towards right

Maya down R, L, RLR, Reverse, R, L, RLR
Hands on hips palms out, Chest press R, L, bounce over to right, Chest press L, R, bounce over to left

Step back on left foot and hip drop accent on right, step back on right and hip drop accent on left, repeat for total of 5
times, arms are coming above head palms facing out (slowly).

¾ to the corners (hips only) starting on right foot arms mimic hips, one palm up, other down 4 sets walking forward

Side to side Shimmy in place with press out to left side on accent, repeat on right

Chest circle 3 times, body roll down, repeat
Stomach flutter, with shoulder shimmy accent
Stomach flutter with hip shimmy walk,, come to face front left side

Hip comes forward, up, back, bottom, forward, up, back, down, forward, cross right over left turn to left to face right
side and repeat sequence turn to face front

Back figure 8, to music, R, L, RLR, L, R, LRL, hands come to prayer at chest on lrl (softly mimics hips before).

Repeat pelvic tuck sequence, pelvic tuck lift only from beginning, step forward on left and poise right foot arms come
to corners, except this time on second time, fall forward from waist to “bow” and come up into poise, step onto back
right foot and poise left foot as drop hip on accent arms end up over head back to back palms.
