Mixed Level Belly Dance Classes
11:15-12:15pm

Belly dancing is a unique and fun way to exercise where you
can reduce stress, improve coordination, flexibility, muscle
tone, self-image and posture while burning up to 300 calories
an hour!  All ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome and
encouraged to attend. Bare bellies, prior dance experience &
rhythm are not necessary.
