| Join us Saturday, August 28, 2010 for a workshop with Amirah - the Borg Queen of Bellydance! Zafira Dance Studio's 3:30-5:30pm $30 at the door ~Borg Queen Bellydance~ Are you ready for some pop locking, body rocking assimilation? In this workshop, Amirah will show you how to incorporate movement concepts from popping, locking, and waving into your bellydance to create that cyborg look. She will start with the fundamentals behind the movements, introduce drills to help you gain the muscle control needed for crispy, controlled robotic movement, and teach some borgilicious combos. Resistance is Futile!! ....and later that evening for a hafla at Zafira Dance Studios!
