Poise facing back with hands over head in prayer position
on "5" cross right foot over left and pivot to face front.
Egyptians: Hands are overhead, palms facing each other with zil fingers, "dust off your hands" as you pull elbow back as you bring the hip forward to twist.
1-2 Step forward onto right foot, twist and put back,
3-4 step forward on left foot, twist and put back.
5-6 Repeat on right
7-8 Repeat on left but instead of putting foot back on 8, step behind right foot and pivot counterclockwise to face back.
1-2 Step forward onto right foot, twist and put back,
3-4 step forward on left foot, twist and step behind right foot and pivot counterclockwise to face front "audience"
5-6 Repeat on right
7-8 Repeat on left
**Repeat entire sequence above again
On the LAST 7-8, you are going to step behind right foot and prep for McDonald/Beledi hip combo
Left hand is framing overhead, weight on flat left foot, right foot is on the ball with rand hand framing hips
McDonald Hips:
8 counts, bring right hip forward, center, back, center, forward, center, back, center
Beledi Hip:
1-2-3-4 Lift hip up and drop, lift hip up and drop while releasing right foot (toe pointed)

5 Cross right foot over left
6 Left foot steps out
7 Right foot steps behind as you pivot to face right, left side is now to audience
8 Bring left foot to ball
Repeat McDonald Hip & Beledi hip
5 Cross left foot over right
6 Right foot steps out
7 Left foot steps in place

Hands are out to sides and can "wave" to mimic next movement

1-2 Step onto flat right foot, scoop icecream, shift weight onto ball of left foot as you tighten belly

1-2 Step onto flat right foot, scoop with hips, tighten belly as you shift weight onto ball of left foot
3-4 Step onto ball of right foot, scoop with hips, tighten belly as you shift weight onto ball of left foot

1-2 Step onto flat right foot, scoop with hips, tighten belly as you shift weight onto ball of left foot
3 Step to "4:00 o'clock"
4 Twist right hip to face front
Arabic 4:
1 Step onto flat right foot, accent with hip
2 Step in place on flat left foot, accent with hip
3 Step onto flat right foot, accent with hip

1-2-3-4 Tuck pelvic, lift ribcage, press right shoulder forward, press left shoulder forward
Hands come overhead as head slides R, L, R, L, bring arms to L-right arm is down, left arm up
Twist right hip forward, back, and forward as you step onto right foot (slow...1-2-3 pause)
Switch L arms so left arm is down, right arm up, twist left hip forward, back and forward as you step onto left foot (slow...1-2-3)
Repeat on right but sped up 1,2,3
Repeat on left sped up 1,2,3
Repeat again on right and left
Algerian headache (left hand to head right arm extended) as you bring right foot on ball and twist hip forward, then step back
Algerian headache (right hand to head left arm extended) as you bring left foot on ball and twist hip forward, then step back
